The house rules, kindly written

1.Agreeing to these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply when you use kiddital.com, create an account or buy a book. By using kiddital you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle information about you and your child.

2.Parent accounts

• You must be an adult (18, or the age of majority where you live) to create an account or buy anything.
• Children may read and listen only under a parent or guardian's supervision, through a child profile that the parent sets up.
• Give us accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us straight away at muydinovmubosher@yandex.ru if you think someone else has accessed your account.

3.Books and audio: what you get

When you buy a digital book you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read it, and to listen to its audio edition, on the devices you use with your account, for your own family's non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

• Copy, record, download (except where we provide a download), share, resell or publicly perform any book or audio.
• Share your account so people outside your household can use your library.
• Use software to scrape, extract or bypass protections on our content.
• Use books or audio to train machine-learning models.

Free previews and audio samples are provided for you to decide whether to buy, and are covered by the same rules.

4.Purchases and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise, and may change. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
• Taxes such as VAT or sales tax are added where the law requires.
• Payments are processed by a third-party provider. By buying, you authorise the charge to your chosen payment method.
• Before checkout there is a "grown-ups only" check, so that children cannot make purchases by accident.
• Once your payment is confirmed the book is added to your library, where it stays available for as long as we offer the book and your account is open.

5.Refunds

We want you to be happy with what you buy.

• Within 14 days: you may ask for a refund if you have not read or listened beyond the free-preview portion of the book.
• Problems with the book or audio: if a file is faulty, missing or does not match its description, we will fix it or refund you, at any time.
• Accidental purchases: tell us quickly and we will do our best to help.

To ask, email muydinovmubosher@yandex.ru with your order details. When a full refund is completed, the book leaves your library. Nothing in this section limits the legal rights you have as a consumer where you live.

6.Using kiddital fairly

Please do not:

• Break the law, or use kiddital to harm, harass or deceive anyone.
• Interfere with the site's security or operation, or try to access accounts and data that are not yours.
• Enter false information or attempt to buy on behalf of someone without their permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

7.Who owns what

The books, illustrations, narration, audio, designs, logos and the kiddital name belong to kiddital, our authors, illustrators and narrators, or their licensors, and are protected by copyright and other laws. Buying a book gives you the licence described in "Books and audio", not ownership of the content itself.

8.Availability and changes

We work to keep kiddital running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, add or remove features and books. If we must withdraw a book you have already bought, we will keep it in your library where we legally can, or otherwise offer a fair refund.

9.Our responsibility

We provide kiddital with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for problems caused by your device, internet connection or by services outside our control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

10.Ending your account

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these Terms, and will tell you why where we can. When an account closes, the licence to books in that library ends, and personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new "last updated" date, and tell you by email about significant changes. Continuing to use kiddital after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the country in which kiddital is established, and disputes will be handled by its courts, unless mandatory consumer law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts.
